hey hey hello!!

Hello everyone!

I know i promised to update after my trip! But.. im unable to load to pictures to my computer now because! my dad misplaced his usb for the camera. lol. so i can't upload it till i like buy a new one or something.. sorry for the inconvenience caused. I will tell u about my trip though. =)

Its quite strange to go on a package tour to Indonesia because. Me and my mum were the only 2 Singaporeans on that tour accompanied by like 8 Filipino's! haha. But yeah, mum was friendly to all of them. Of which there was a couple who owns 4 businesses in Philippines and a family who owns a jewellery and funeral services business and is well known in Philippines.

So anyway, the places we visited was the Kueh Lapis Shop, 2 temples of which 1 is the Twa Pei Kong temple which is the biggest temple in Indonesia and another temple supposedly visited by people who wants good grades in their studies. We also visited the Polo Ralph Lauren shop (original not fake) and i didn't buy anything there. so expensive! Mum bought a shirt and she said she bought it for the sake of buying because we couldn't go outside as there were alot of people waiting to sell their goods there and they are very persistent so we chose to stay inside till it was time to go. LOL.

Apart from that, we went to have lunch at the GOLDEN PRAWNS seafood restaurant. Noticed i caps the word "Golden Prawns" because its really a joke the size they gave us. When i hear those words, i thought oh! i love prawns. big ones. What came out for us to eat was freaking pathetic! so small! smaller than the ones u would buy from the market. reallyy.. no joke.. Total disappointment for a prawn lover like me. lOL..

The other dishes were okay, not fantastic but i guess value for money lah. There were sambal kangkong, fried squid, fish, salted vegetable soup, and curry crab and one more dish, cant rmb what its called but its seashells or is it snails? lol.

After lunch, we went to watch a cultural show, and then we went to the dry foods store and den 2 shopping centres before heading back to Singapore.

I went to A&W too! its been so long since A&W was gone. haha. I miss the root beer float. =) Great!

What else, so basically those were the places i went to, took the early ferry back home. :) The whole trip wasn't that great, nothing much in Indonesia but its the company that counts right? (: Had a fun time with mum.

Dad fetched us, we went to dinner and back home, so that was our day. Long day! :)
